Students Attend CiscoLive! Conference

Sravya Etlapur (MSMIS), Fernando Mayorga (MSTM) and Rajashekhar Yaramasu (MSTM) were recently selected for sponsorship to attend the weeklong conference in San Francisco, CA. This is the second year the Spears School Graduate Professional Development program has been able to cover the expenses for students to attend what is billed as the world's foremost IT conference. All three students were excited by the opportunity with Mayorga adding " These types of events are priceless, when knowledge acquired will directly impact the future of networking." Professional Development administrator, Dr. Lori O'Malley relates this is an exciting opportunity for students to learn from and interact with the experts in IT network systems development. Upon return from the conference, Yaramasu stated the event was a fantastic opportunity to make new contacts and learn from the best on the latest technology!
